This unique luxury hotel projects will comprise of well spaced studios and apartments set amidst landscaped gardens. Built with traditional features using sculptured solid stone blocks and seasoned natural timbers, each hotel will reflect the harmony of the surrounding villages and compliment their natural surroundings.

The main facilities of the hotel are situated on the upper side of the building plot, taking advantage of the spectacular views and Mediterranean sunsets across the bay of Souda, a natural gulf in western Crete.
The facilities include the lobby, Administrative block, a main restaurant and a bar on the upper floor to maximize on the views, a TV rooms, two large swimming pools adjoined by a waterfall walkway, a gym, plus a large area of land that could accommodate a tennis court or several other outdoor activities.
The hotel apartments are arranged in four distinct buildings which include a variety of balconies and terrace areas to maximize on the views.
The studios are approximately 40 m2 in size that will include a living space of approximately 29 m2 plus a 4 m2 bathroom.
The two room apartments with an approximate size of 50 m2 will include a living room of 25 m2 a bedroom of 16 m2 and a 5 m2 bathroom.
The three room apartments are approximate 80 m2 and will include a living room of 25 m2 two bedrooms of 16 m2 and two bathrooms, one of which will be en-suite. Among those there are 6 apartments that are able to accommodate the disabled guests of the hotel.
