This hotel is bright, fresh and newly decorated and is situated in the centre of Altinkum just a 3 minute walk away from the main beach.
The hotel has 32 bedrooms, with 100 beds. They charge 45-50 YTL per person and this includes breakfast and lunch.
It has a large pool bar/restaurant area with a seating/sunbathing area by the pool. There is allocated parking for residents staying in the hotel and there is also a roof terrace with stunning sea views.
There are staff living quarters in the basement together with a washing area plus storage. The washing machine takes 20 kilos of washing The building is approximately 15 years old and it is a family run business that is extremely busy in the summer season. All the customers have booked in advance so the hotel remains full up.
New electric and water pumps were installed in 1999, hot water is available 24 hours a day, they also have 3 water tanks and when full with water this will last 3 days. They also have a filter which cleans the water and although cannot be used for drinking purposes the filtered water can be used for cooking.
The hotel has a security alarm system and each room has a TV, fridge and air con plus mosquito nets on the Windows.
