This farm is located in the mountains beyond the town of Almogia. It is about one hours drive from the coast on good roads. There are a number of properties being built in this area, but this doesn't affect this property because of the size of the land which it has.
At the moment, the farm is split into three sections, the main house, a second smaller house, and sheds. The smaller house consists of two rooms at the front, one down stairs and the other upstairs. At the back of this, there is a separate front door leading to the main house, which has living room, two bedrooms and a storeroom. Down the side of the farm there are many well built animal sheds.
The property has mains electricity and drinkable mains water, supplied by the nearby mountains. This is a much sought after area, with many new buildings in the area.
