| A house in the country, split into two separate apartments, with separate entrances. The house is being sold complete - i.e., both apartments. The house can be reached along an easily negotiable track. The upper apartment has its entrance on the main track side, and has a private balcony (not pictured) to the rear. The lower apartment has a larger terraced area at the back, which is where the entrance is. Pictures show the views available from both apartments. Both apartments have two bedrooms each. There is a large garage and storage room, which is accessed from the side of the house, where a large parking area can be found. There are a number of outbuildings, currently containing ducks and other animals. The land has established lemons, oranges, and figs, and has it's own well and canal water. The house and parking area to the side are on flat land, and the rest of the land slopes gently away from the house. |
